Fields are generally optional and appear publicly only if submitted and approved by the admin.

Only fields voluntarily provided and approved by the admin appear publicly.

• Personal statement

• Professional tagline

• Work experience

• Certifications

• Languages

• Skills

• Professional picture

• Public Unique ID (displayed instead of real name)

2.2 Company Public Profile Fields

Companies choose which fields to display. Public fields may include:

• Industry

• City

• Company name

• Company slogan/tagline

• Short and long company descriptions

• Company size

• Year founded

• Company website

• Company email (if provided for public contact)

• CEO/Founder (optional)

• Company address (only shown if submitted)

2.3 Job Listing Public Fields

Companies may post job vacancies. Public job listing fields may include:

• “Looking for a” (profession/trade)

• Job location (city)

• Job title / descriptor

• Job summary / description

• Job post date

• Expiration date

• Company name

• Company website

• Company email

• Company description

• Company image

• Company address (if submitted)

If a company does not provide certain fields, they are simply not displayed.

3. Private (Internal) Information

These fields are used only for administration, verification, and communication.
They are not shown publicly unless explicitly submitted for public display.

3.1 Individuals

• Real name (required)

• Address (optional)

• Email address (optional)

• Phone number (optional)

3.2 Companies

• Company address (if intended only for internal use)

• Internal admin contact person

• Internal admin contact email

• Internal admin phone number

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Create and display public profiles and job listings

• Verify submissions and prevent fraudulent entries

• Contact you about your profile or job listing

• Connect potential workers to companies (and vice versa)

• Approve or reject submissions before publication

• Improve and maintain the directory platform

We do not sell personal or business data.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Under the GDPR, we process:

• Public profile data → based on consent

• Internal, non-public data → based on legitimate interest

You may withdraw consent at any time.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share private data with third parties unless:

• You give explicit written consent, or

• We are legally required to do so

Public profiles and job listings are visible to all website visitors.

7. Admin Approval

All submissions require manual admin approval before publication.
This ensures accuracy, legitimacy, and prevention of misuse.
Submitting a form does not guarantee publication.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as your profile or job listing is active.
Expired listings may be removed automatically or manually.
You may request deletion at any time.
