’n Boer in de Bouw ("BiB", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process when you use nboerindebouw.com, why we do so and what your rights are.

Who is responsible

’n Boer in de Bouw, Drienerstraat 77, 7551 HL Hengelo, the Netherlands — info@nboerindebouw.com. We are the controller for the personal data described below.

What we collect

We only process the details you send us yourself:

• Contact form: name, company, e-mail address, phone number and your message.
• Application form (professionals): name, e-mail address, phone number, profession or trade, years of experience, current location, preferred work regions, availability, languages, work eligibility, skills and certificates, and your introduction.
• Company request form: company name, contact person, e-mail address, phone number and the details of your staffing request.
• E-mail: anything you send to one of our e-mail addresses.

We do not ask for special categories of personal data. Please do not include them in your messages.

Why we use your data

• To answer your question or request (legitimate interest, or steps at your request before entering into an agreement).
• To assess your application and match you with suitable assignments (your consent and steps before an agreement).
• To introduce professionals to our employment partners and client companies for a specific assignment — only after we have discussed this with you.
• To handle a staffing request from your company (steps before an agreement and performance of an agreement).

Who receives your data

• Employment partners and client companies, only when this is needed for a placement and after we have discussed it with you.
• Service providers that host our website and e-mail: our web server runs in a data centre in Amsterdam (Oracle Cloud, EU) and our e-mail is hosted by Hostinger. They process data only on our instructions.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are deleted automatically 24 months after we receive them. You can ask us to delete your details earlier at any time. If you start working through us, we keep the data the law requires for employment and tax purposes for the legal retention periods.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. We do not track you across websites.

Security

The website is only available over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Submissions are stored on a secured server that only authorised people can access.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. E-mail info@nboerindebouw.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
